Session 3 "Making peace with the events of our childhood"
1 Lesson-
StartExercise: ATMT with hurtful facts from childhood
-
Our childhood experiences shape how we see ourselves, our relationships and the world. When painful memories or unresolved situations from the past continue to influence our present, it can feel like we’re trapped in old patterns.
This workshop offers a step-by-step journey to identify and question painful beliefs rooted in childhood using The Work of Byron Katie. Through guided prompts, exercises, reflections, and lots of practice, you’ll learn how to meet past wounds with clarity and compassion, uncovering the freedom that comes from meeting your thoughts with understanding and grace.
Whether you are carrying wounds from family dynamics, school experiences, or early relationships, this course provides a structured and supportive way to explore your past and free yourself from its hold. Step into a new understanding of your childhood—and yourself—one thought at a time. It's never too late to have a happy childhood!
